L-L Girl’s Volleyball: Conestoga Valley vs. Warwick (9-14-21)

Ephrata Mounts picked up their 10th win of the season & equaled their highest offensive output of the year so far, knocking off Daniel Boone 67-44!

-- Senior Dylan Kohl was unconscious from 3pt range to start the game... 5-6 at the half... ended with 20 points!

In a L-L League, Section 2 Baseball matchup... Elizabethtown came into War Memorial Field & stormed out with a 5-0 win over Ephrata! Bears' Starting Pitcher Jake Black got the CG Shutout win on the mound; 9 K’s! Oh yeah... AND had a solo HR, 1B, 2 RBI, 2 R! Here’s the highlights...

After a scoreless 1st half between Warwick & Conestoga Valley... the Warriors broke thru with a pair of 2nd half Goals from Connor Kirchner & Caden Lausch! Warwick won 2-0 over Conestoga Valley…it was both teams last Section 1 game... neither is headed to the League Playoffs! So they now wait for the 4A District 3 Playoffs, where both teams will have road games on Tuesday, October 25!

Manheim Central Head Coach Dave Hahn & several of his players sat down with us at this year's football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Barons are looking to replace a bunch of skill positions, including quarterback... BUT feel they've put in the work this offseason to be ready to go heading into the 2024 Season! Hear what Manheim Central plans to focus on with a different group of guys!
