L-L Girl’s Volleyball: Conestoga Valley vs. Warwick (9-14-21)

Cocalico Lady Eagles took over 1st place in Section 3 after a 47-32 victory over Lampeter-Strasburg! How’d they do it? Well, Izzy Mack dropped 14pts in the game on a perfect 4-4 from behind the 3pt arc! Hannah Custer added 12! Check out the highlights from a BIG win!

Manheim Central caught fire in the 2nd half against Garden Spot, pulling away for the 70-49 victory! Barons are 2-0 in Section 2 play; 7-2 overall!

-- Trey Grube led all scorers with 26 points, 5-3pters! He is now 2nd All-Time in the L-L League with 252 Career 3's! Grube also has 1,394 Career points... which is #3 in Manheim Central History!

Warwick jumped out to an early 17-5 lead after 1 quareter, but Elizabethtown made it a game late! That's when the Warriors put the peddle to the metal & picked up another key Section 2 win... 61-48! Caleb Johnsen had 15pts; Tyree Hughes 10 off the bench!

Manheim Central grabbed their 1st Win of the season 40-24 over Cocalico in another Great Section 2 Showdown! Upper weights started off strong for the Barons with Falls from Noah Templin at 189, Brodie Daugherty at 215, & Jason Dougherty at 285! Eagles fought back at the lighterweights, but Central’s Cody Hess (160) & AJ Hondru (172) slammed the door for the Baron Win!
