What a clash between fantastic 5A Girls Basketball squads! Cocalico & Gettysburg left it all out on the court! We saw 3’s...stellar defense & even a career milestone! In the end, Gettysburg advanced 44-39! Cocalico Senior Izzy Mack led the team 12 points (4-3’s)! Senior Hannah Custer had 8! A great season for Cocalico ends at 16-4, with a Section 3 Title! Manheim Makes History! For the first time EVER, Manheim Central Boys Volleyball has won the L-L League Championship! They had to go through defending league Champion & previously unbeaten (13-0) Warwick to do so... but the Barons earn Gold with the 3-1 victory in the Finals!

Warwick & Cocalico played to a 1-1 draw… AGAIN! Ella Shirk scored in the 4th minute, giving the Warriors a brief 1-0 lead! But Kira Lehman tied it up for Cocalico just minutes later on a header off a corner kick! Both teams spent the next 90 minutes, thru 2OT’s trying to net the game winner! ** (This is now twice this season these teams have played to a 1-1 tie)

🔹Cocalico finishes 8-0-2 & captures their FIRST Section 2 Title in program history

▪️Warwick is 6-1-2 in Section 2 & has clinched a berth in the League Playoffs! They have one game left in League play against Solanco on Monday, October 7!
