Last year, the Mounts enjoyed their MOST successful season in program History, making it to the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Now as they embark on the 2024 Season, hear how Ephrata is focusing on a different group of guys!

Ephrata earned their first Section 1 Win of the season with a hard fought 3-2 victory over Conestoga Valley! Bella Pratt & Mya Curran put the Lady Mounts ahead 2-0 at halftime, but CV equalized in the 2nd half with goals from Ella Buch & Sienna DiGiamberdini! Averi Bender broke the tie for Ephrata in the 65th minute, sealing the Win for the Lady Mounts!
