Warriors had leads of 6 points or more throughout the game, but the Blue Streaks stormed back in the 4th to win 29-24! Warwick won its 8th match in a row after knocking off Ephrata 3-0 in a Section 1 clash! Warriors Thomas Mejia led the way with 10 kills! Warwick swept the season series 2-0 and remains atop the Section 1 standings with BIG matches left against Penn Manor (May 6) & Hempfield (May 8)!
In another fast-paced, entertaining District 3 playoff game… #9 Warwick came up just short against #1 Hershey… 62-58! Trojans’ 6’6” Isaiah Danner was a monster in the post, scoring 17pts & wracking up plenty of fouls on the Warriors! Caleb Johnsen led Warwick with 18pts (3-3’s)! Warwick did hit 11 - 3’s to stay in the game, but foul trouble & too many offensive boards by Hershey proved to be the difference!
