?WHAT A MATCH? Cocalico & Warwick wrestled an intense Section 1 match that saw the Eagles race out to a commanding 24-0 lead, only to have Warwick rattle off 6 bouts in a row to tie it 24-24! Both teams traded pins at 145 & 152…ending in a 30-30 TIE! So we went to criteria & Warwick pulled out the 31-30 win on the strength of winning 7 bouts on the night compared to Cocalico’s 6! York Suburban headed back across Route 30 with a 1-0 Win against Manheim Central! Trojans won their 1st game of the year, in their only trip to Lancaster County in 2024! Quite a Defensive battle in this one… Trojans Goalie Gehret Gentzyel & Barons keeper Zach Spangler played stellar, but York Suburban scored off a 2nd half corner kick in the 51st minute! That lone goal held up for the victory!
