Baseball: Conestoga Valley vs. Ephrata (5-4-22)

Warwick continued their impressive streak this season, advancing to an undefeated 8-0 record with a 6-0 victory over Ephrata! In a standout performance, Bree Zoccolo, who recently became Warwick's all-time leading scorer, made a significant impact by netting 2 goals! Additionally, the team's offensive effort was well-rounded, with several other players. Taylor Hess, Karys Craver, Mara Moyer, and Miriam Jackson each added to the scorebook. The Lady Warriors continue to build momentum in Section 1 & have only given up 3 goals all season!

Hempfield & Warwick's "Championship Clash" in the L-L Boys Volleyball Final was another classic match in this rivalry series! The Warriors and Black Knights left it all out on the court, battling for each and every point, but it was Hempfield who earned their 24th League Title with a 3-1 win over Warwick! After a scoreless 1st half between Warwick & Conestoga Valley... the Warriors broke thru with a pair of 2nd half Goals from Connor Kirchner & Caden Lausch! Warwick won 2-0 over Conestoga Valley…it was both teams last Section 1 game... neither is headed to the League Playoffs! So they now wait for the 4A District 3 Playoffs, where both teams will have road games on Tuesday, October 25!
