Dane Horning had 2 rushing TD’s… Josh Myer added 3 more TD’s on the ground… but it was the punt block by Jerry McArdle & TD recovery by Thomas Dattoli that swung the game for Cocalico! Ephrata powered thru brutal, windy conditions to get the offense going as the Lady Mounts picked up their first win in Section 1 play... beating Conestoga Valley 13-2! Ryleigh Warner had 6 goals on the night for the Lady Mounts, while Lyla Clement ended with 4, Kiera Wene had 2! Both players are over 30 goals apiece for Ephrata this season (Warner: 34 Goals -- Clement: 32 Goals)!
In a low-scoring, defensive battle between Section 3 contenders Cocalico and Warwick, the game came down to the last play… a Hail Mary that felt incomplete for the Warriors! Eagles win a tight one 10-7!
♦ Warwick scored in the 1st quarter on a 14 yard TD connection between QB Thomas Myers & WR Judah Willard!
🔹 Cocalico answered back in the 2nd quarter on a long, 89 yard TD dash by Brayden Eppinette! Neither team scored again until Talen Popolis kicked the game-winning field late in the 4th quarter!
