2A District 3 Boys Lacrosse Playoffs: Quarterfinals – Hershey vs. Cocalico (5-25-23)

#1 seed Cocalico showed they meant business in the AA District 3 Quarterfinals… winning convincingly 19-9 over #8 Hershey! Eagles advanced to the AA Semis in back to back years!

— Eagles went on to beat #5 Trinity 19-9 in the Semis! It’s also back to back years qualifying for the PIAA State Playoffs for this Cocalico program, which had NEVER been to States prior to last season!

In Game 1 of the Atlantic League North Division Championship Series… Southern Maryland came away with a narrow 2-1 win over Lancaster! It was a pitcher’s duel on full display, with each Starting Pitcher giving up just 1 earned run... but the Stormers came up just short after an exciting 9th inning at Clipper Magazine Stadium ?⚾️? Girls Basketball: Manheim Central vs. Cocalico (12/17/24)

Manheim Central stretched a 2 point lead after 3 quarters into a 37-22 Win over Cocalico, thanks to lockdown 4th quarter effort! Gianna Walters had ALL of her Game-High 14 points in the 2nd half for Central! Maddie Gehman added 11 points & Lilah Walters chipped in 10 points (both Walters Sisters combined 9-9 from the free throw line) This is the only meeting between these 2 teams this season! 🔹Kira Lehman led Cocalico with 11 points!
