2A District 3 Boys Lacrosse Playoffs: Quarterfinals – Hershey vs. Cocalico (5-25-23)

On SportsTalk's Annual "L-L Football Coaches Show", the guys talked with Manheim Central Head Coach Dave Hahn, who enters his 7th year in charge of the Barons! Hear what Coach Hahn had to say about his team & what he feels the strengths are that will lead them to victory!

Cocalico Head Coach Bryan Strohl & several of his players sat down with us at this year's football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Eagles made it back to back 5A District 3 Championships... BUT came up 2 yards short in the State Semifinals! Now they look to replace a ton of Senior leadership heading into the 2024 Season! Hear how Cocalico plans to do that with a different group of guys!

?WHAT A MATCH? Cocalico & Warwick wrestled an intense Section 1 match that saw the Eagles race out to a commanding 24-0 lead, only to have Warwick rattle off 6 bouts in a row to tie it 24-24! Both teams traded pins at 145 & 152…ending in a 30-30 TIE! So we went to criteria & Warwick pulled out the 31-30 win on the strength of winning 7 bouts on the night compared to Cocalico’s 6! Warwick jumped out to an early 17-5 lead after 1 quareter, but Elizabethtown made it a game late! That's when the Warriors put the peddle to the metal & picked up another key Section 2 win... 61-48! Caleb Johnsen had 15pts; Tyree Hughes 10 off the bench!
