Manheim Central spotted Cocalico a 2-0 lead after the 1st inning… Alex Fox & Dane Horning scored the Eagles runs! But the Barons rattled off 12 unanswered runs after that & won the game 12-2 in 6 innings! Central’s Cody Hess went 3-3 with 3 RBI & a run scored, Carter Kyle & Cam Thompson combined for 3 hits, 2 walks & 4 runs scored! MAJOR UPSET! #16 Spring Grove knocked off #1 Manheim Central 45-38 in the First Round of the 5A District 3 Playoffs! Barons had a 13-6 lead after the 1st quarter, but the Rockets outscored Central 39-25 the rest of the way! Ky’sier Ludvig led the Rockets with 14 points! Ryan Kenneff had a Game-High 15 points in the Barons loss!

▪️#1 Manheim Central dropped down into the 9th place consolation bracket and played again on Friday, February 21 against #9 Middletown (winning 43-39)!

Warwick’s Offense & Defense worked extra hard in their 19-3 victory over Cedar Crest! It was the 1st win of the season for the Warriors, who handed the Falcons their first loss!

▪️ Quinn Care caught a TD pass from QB Thomas Myers, who also ran for a score! Warwick’s defense caused all sorts of turnovers, including several interceptions, a blocked punt, a safety & 3 fumbles recovered!
