L-L League Boys Basketball Playoffs – Semifinals: Penn Manor vs. Warwick (2-14-24)

Cocalico Head Coach Bryan Strohl & several of his players sat down with us at this year's football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Eagles made it back to back 5A District 3 Championships... BUT came up 2 yards short in the State Semifinals! Now they look to replace a ton of Senior leadership heading into the 2024 Season! Hear how Cocalico plans to do that with a different group of guys!

What a playoff game! Cocalico Girls storm back to knock off Elizabethtown 44-41 in the L-L League Quarterfinals Tuesday Night! Lady Eagles went on a 16-2 run to close out the game! Gutsy effort from Manheim Central Girls, who were missing 2 key starters against Lancaster Catholic… including the L-L’s leading scorer Maddie Knier! Crusaders got the win 42-32, but credit the Lady Barons, who pushed Catholic to the limit for 3 quarters! Here are the highlights...

Ephrata (10-0) stayed UNBEATEN in Section 2 after a 49-32 Win over Warwick! Ephrata's Marie McCracken led all scorers with 17 points... Leah Caldwell chipped in 10 points! Kara Lipisko led Warwick in scoring with 10 points!

⇒ Lady Mounts clinched their 5th Section 2 Title in 6 years later in the week with a win over Solanco! They will host a quarterfinal game in the L-L League Playoffs on Saturday, February 8!
