L-L League Boys Basketball Playoffs – Semifinals: Manheim Central vs. Cedar Crest (2-14-24)

The Ephrata Mounts, your back to back Section 2 Champs and reigning 2023 L-L League Champ, advanced to the next round after a 7-1 Win over Lancaster Catholic in the League Quarterfinals! Trent Wolf went 5 innings on the mound for the Mounts, giving up just 3 hits & 1 run… Plus, he had 2 RBI at the plate!

Hempfield & Warwick's "Championship Clash" in the L-L Boys Volleyball Final was another classic match in this rivalry series! The Warriors and Black Knights left it all out on the court, battling for each and every point, but it was Hempfield who earned their 24th League Title with a 3-1 win over Warwick! #5 Cocalico won convincingly in the 1st round of the 3A District 3 ⚽️ Playoffs… beating #12 Eastern York 5-0! Timmy Hambright scored first for the Eagles in the 6th minute & scored again in the 36th minute to give him 2 of Cocalico’s 5 goals! Talen Popolis (13 goals: team lead) had 2 as well for the Eagles! Eli Barry added to the scoring just a minute into the 2nd half! This is the most goals in a single game by Cocalico this season!
