Cocalico celebrates Senior Night in a big way by knocking off Warwick 27-21, moving to 4-0 in the Section 2 standings! The Eagles now earn at least a share of the Section 2 Title & face Manheim Central next week for a chance to win it outright! As for the game… it was another huge night on the gridiron for Anthony Bourassa, who smashed his previous career high, churning out 330+ yards on the ground & 2 TD’s! Check out these highlights & look for more accolades on Monday!

Warwick won its 8th match in a row after knocking off Ephrata 3-0 in a Section 1 clash! Warriors Thomas Mejia led the way with 10 kills! Warwick swept the season series 2-0 and remains atop the Section 1 standings with BIG matches left against Penn Manor (May 6) & Hempfield (May 8)!

Girls Volleyball: Cocalico vs. Ephrata (10-7-24)

It was “Dig Pink Night” for the annual “Backyard Brawl” in girls volleyball 🩷🏐🩷 Ephrata jumped out to the early 2-0 lead, but Cocalico grabbed Game 3… 25-18 to avoid the sweep! Lady Mounts regrouped & won Game 4… 25-15 to take the match 3-1! Ephrata's Sofia Rios had a Great serving night with 7 total aces! Martina Elliot led the team with 14 kills! For the Lady Eagles, Jaclyn Niven had 16 kills and 5 blocks!

Girls Soccer: Warwick vs Cocalico (10-1-24)

Warwick & Cocalico played to a 1-1 draw… AGAIN! Ella Shirk scored in the 4th minute, giving the Warriors a brief 1-0 lead! But Kira Lehman tied it up for Cocalico just minutes later on a header off a corner kick! Both teams spent the next 90 minutes, thru 2OT’s trying to net the game winner! ** (This is now twice this season these teams have played to a 1-1 tie)

🔹Cocalico finishes 8-0-2 & captures their FIRST Section 2 Title in program history

▪️Warwick is 6-1-2 in Section 2 & has clinched a berth in the League Playoffs! They have one game left in League play against Solanco on Monday, October 7!
