Ephrata powered thru brutal, windy conditions to get the offense going as the Lady Mounts picked up their first win in Section 1 play... beating Conestoga Valley 13-2! Ryleigh Warner had 6 goals on the night for the Lady Mounts, while Lyla Clement ended with 4, Kiera Wene had 2! Both players are over 30 goals apiece for Ephrata this season (Warner: 34 Goals -- Clement: 32 Goals)!
PIAA State Field Hockey Playoffs: 2A First Round – Radnor vs. Warwick (11-5-24)
Warwick came ready to play in the PIAA State Playoffs… beating Radnor 4-1 in the 2A First Round! Calli Martin led the Warriors with 2 Goals; Karys Craver & Bree Zoccolo also added goals! Great night in goal for Senior GK Taryn Toburen as well!
◾️Warwick advanced to the 2A Quarterfinals & beat fellow District 3 squad Hershey 4-1 on Saturday, November 9!
Wrestling: Warwick vs. Manheim Central (12/18/24)
In one of the most EXCITING & entertaining wrestling matches of the year… Warwick knocked off Manheim Central 39-27 for their first win of the season! The Warriors took an early 14-0 lead over the Barons with wins at 121, 127, & 133! But Central dug themselves out of a big hole with pins from AJ Hondru (172), Noah Templin (189), & Brodie Daugherty (FFT-215) to lead it 27-23! However, Julian Rodriguez’s pin at 285 catapulted Warwick back into the lead and the Warriors finished strong for the victory!
