Girls Basketball: Manheim Central vs. Ephrata (1-6-23)

For the FIRST TIME EVER... Manheim Central Boys Basketball is headed to the L-L League Finals! The Barons took down Cedar Crest 49-46! Trey Grube (MC) led all scorers with 16 points; Aaron Enterline (MC) had 13 points & one Monster dunk!

Cocalico celebrates Senior Night in a big way by knocking off Warwick 27-21, moving to 4-0 in the Section 2 standings! The Eagles now earn at least a share of the Section 2 Title & face Manheim Central next week for a chance to win it outright! As for the game... it was another huge night on the gridiron for Anthony Bourassa, who smashed his previous career high, churning out 330+ yards on the ground & 2 TD's! 🚨Warwick WILL PLAY for a PIAA State Championship🚨

The Warriors punched their ticket to the 2A State Title Game after beating District 3 powerhouse Palmyra 1-0 in the 2A Semifinals! Calli Martin had the game-winner (ONLY GOAL) for Warwick in the 3rd quarter off a penalty corner!

▪️ It’s Warwick’s 1st trip back to the PIAA Finals since 2011! They will try to win the 4th State Title (1987, 1999, 2000) in program history on Saturday, November 16 at 1pm against another District 3 foe… Northern York! (Warwick beat Northern York 4-1 in the 2024 District 3 Finals)
