In a Win or Go Home scenario… #9 Manheim Central kept their season alive by knocking of #8 Warwick 48-34 in the First Round of the 5A District 3 Girls 🏀 Playoffs! Central used a 15-1 advantage in the 4th quarter to pull away from Warwick! Lilah Walters tied her Career High with 17 points (2-3’s) to lead the Lady Barons in scoring! Gianna Walter added 12 points (2-3’s) & Maddie Gehman had 11 points! Mia Warfel led the Warriors with 12 points (3-3’s)! ◾️Warwick ended their season with a 17-8 record, a Section 2 Co-Championship 🏆 & an appearance in the League Semifinals! Mia Warfel wrapped up her impressive Junior season with 357 points & 70 – 3’s (#1 in L-L)! For her Career, Warfel sits at 685 points & 119 – 3’s! ◾️Manheim Central (17-6) not only punched their ticket to the next round of Districts, but also guaranteed themselves 3 more games in the 5A District 3 Playoffs & at least 1 game in States! 🔹Next Up: 5A Quarterfinals… #9 Manheim Central vs. #1 York Suburban (19-2)… Friday, February 20 at York Suburban HS (7pm)

Mounts WALKED IT OFF 3-2 over Manheim Central in a WILD ending to a fast-paced, close game! Barons took the early lead with 2 runs in the 3rd inning, but the Mounts answered back with 2 runs in the 4th inning! After 7 full innings, the game was tied 2-2... so we went extra innings! District 3 Softball Playoffs: 5A First Round – #10 Northern York vs. #7 Warwick (5-19-25)

#7 Warwick advanced to the next round of the 5A District 3 Softball Playoffs after a 13-3 Win in 5 innings over #10 Northern York! Warriors fell behind 3-0 early, but stormed back with 13 unanswered runs in the 3rd, 4th & 5th innings! Brooklyn Nolt, Mackenzie Ellis, Katie Heisey & Emerson Overly went a combined 7-11 at the top of the order with 9 RBI, 7 runs scored, 2 doubles, 1 triple & 2 BB! Kate Shaak (5 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 5 K, 3 BB) got her 16th Win of the season for Warwick!

▪️Next up: 5A District 3 Quarterfinals on Friday, May 23 vs. #2 Solanco (REMATCH of the L-L 🥎 Finals, where Solanco beat Warwick 7-4)
