Baseball: Ephrata vs. Warwick (3-17-25)

Ephrata opened up the 2025 High School Baseball Season with a 12-2 Win over cross-town rival Warwick! Mounts Junior pitcher Camryn Simes (1-0) struck out 10 Warwick batters thru 6 innings, giving up 1 hit & 2 runs! Leadoff hitter Ethan Hunt reached base ALL 5 at-bats, scored 4 times (4 BB, 1b, 4 runs, 2 RBI)… The Warriors’ 4 pitchers combined for 13 strikeouts of their own, but gave up 9 walks & hit 4 batters!

🔹Both teams are back at it this week… Ephrata (1-0) hosts Donegal on Wednesday, March 19 at War Memorial Field (7pm)… Warwick (0-1) goes to Hempfield on Friday, March 21 (4:15pm)

In a rained-soaked game, Warwick boys kept it close at the half… 2-2, but Cocalico turned it on in the 2nd half to win 11-3! Eagles scored 8 unanswered goals after the break to blow the game wide open! Eagles start the season 4-0!

-- Andrew Digman had 3 goals for Cocalico, Brady Gallagher added 2 goals!

Boys Volleyball: Manheim Township vs. Warwick (4-12-22)

Warwick handled business on the volleyball court against Section 1 Rival, Manheim Township… beating the Blue Streaks 3-0! Warriors are 3-1 in League play, 4-1 overall & have not surrendered a single Game to anyone NOT named Hempfield! ? Check out these highlights…

HS Football: Warwick vs. Cocalico (8-26-22)

In a matchup of former Section 2 rivals, Warwick & Cocalico squared off in Week 1 of the 2022 High School Football Season!! Eagles came away with the win… 42-27! Warriors led it early 14-0, but Cocalico rallied in a big way & went on a 42-6 run to seal the win! Check out the highlights here…
