Thriller of a game between Elco & Manheim Central girls!?? Went down to the wire but Elco escapes Manheim with the 54-53 victory! Maddie Knier was spectacular with 28 points, but Elco had 3 players in double figures... Kailey Eckhart (16), Ashley Yoh & Amanda Smith (14)! Smith hit the game-winner with 10 seconds left! Garden Spot knocked off Cocalico 8-0… earning a much needed win for their League playoff hopes, which kept them in pace with Manheim Central for the 2nd spot in Section 3! Spartans also won the season series 2-1 vs. the Eagles!

🔹Spartan pitcher Ryder Hertzler threw 6 scoreless innings... with 2 hits & 11 K’s! He had a no-hit bid busted up in the 5th! Teammate Connor Manning came in to preserve the shutout!
