L-L League Boys Volleyball Playoffs: Finals – Warwick vs. Manheim Central (5-15-24)

Barons go BACK TO BACK 🏆🏆


For the 2nd year in a row, Manheim Central wins the L-L League Boys 🏐 Title, beating Warwick again in a rematch of last year’s Final… 3-1!


▪️Warriors took Game 1… 25-19! But Central stormed back with 3 unanswered games (25-21, 25-22, 25-16)! Reagan Miller & Landon Mattiace had 16 & 15 kills respectively for the Barons! Kyle Charles led Warwick with 23 kills!

— District 3 Playoffs begin May 21! Both Warwick (3A) and Manheim Central (2A) are top 3 in both brackets!

Boys Volleyball: Ephrata vs. Cocalico (5-7-24)

Cocalico Won the “Backyard Brawl” on the volleyball court, beating Ephrata 3-1 in Round #2 & 2-0 in the season series! Eagles Sr. Yohanis Hildebrand had 13 kills & 6 aces!

3A District 3 Girls Soccer Playoffs: Quarterfinals – #11 Donegal vs. #3 Cocalico (10-24-24)

Cocalico jumped out to an early 3-0 lead at halftime against Donegal! Lady Eagles went onto win this one 5-0, in the 1st EVER playoff meeting between these L-L League foes! Chloe Martin (Cocalico's leading scorer) netted 2 goals... while Kira Lehman, Brielle Martin & Liv Smith also added goals! Cocalico punched their ticket back to the District 3 Semifinals in back to back seasons (2024 & 2023... only time in program history that's happened)

▪️ 3A District 3 Girls Soccer Semifinals: #3 Cocalico hosts Section 2 RIVAL #10 Manheim Central - Monday, October 28 (Talon Field - 7pm) 

Field Hockey: Ephrata vs Warwick (9-11-24)

Warwick continued their impressive streak this season, advancing to an undefeated 8-0 record with a 6-0 victory over Ephrata! In a standout performance, Bree Zoccolo, who recently became Warwick's all-time leading scorer, made a significant impact by netting 2 goals! Additionally, the team's offensive effort was well-rounded, with several other players. Taylor Hess, Karys Craver, Mara Moyer, and Miriam Jackson each added to the scorebook. The Lady Warriors continue to build momentum in Section 1 & have only given up 3 goals all season!
