L-L League Boys Basketball Playoffs — Finals: Warwick vs. Cedar Crest (2-16-24)

On SportsTalk's Annual "L-L Football Coaches Show", the guys talked with Conestoga Valley Head Coach Gerad Novak, who enters his 6th year in charge of the Buckskins! Hear what Coach Novak had to say about his team & what he feels the strengths are that will lead them to victory!

In another fast-paced, entertaining District 3 playoff game… #9 Warwick came up just short against #1 Hershey… 62-58! Trojans’ 6’6” Isaiah Danner was a monster in the post, scoring 17pts & wracking up plenty of fouls on the Warriors! Caleb Johnsen led Warwick with 18pts (3-3’s)! Warwick did hit 11 - 3’s to stay in the game, but foul trouble & too many offensive boards by Hershey proved to be the difference!

▪️#9 Warwick now faces #5 Manheim Central in the District 3 consolation semis on Monday, February 26 at Doe Run Elementary (7PM)... it’ll be the 3rd meeting between the Section 2 foes!

Lancaster Stormers busted out of a slump, beating Staten Island 13-4 in the first game of their series this week! Stormers got home runs from Shawon Dunston Jr., Justin Farmer & Damon Dues… plus, 5 RBI from Joseph Carpenter! All for of those guys combined for 13 RBI... starter Noah Bremer got the win, going 6 innings, giving up 9 hits and just 2 runs!

Cocalico Boys Basketball wins their Home Opener & Section 3 Opener… 33-26 over Garden Spot! Eagles' Trey Rios led all scorers with 13pts (3-3’s); Brycen Flinton added 9 for Cocalico! Ryan Conrad led the Spartans with 9pts! Check out the highlights!
