5A District 3 Boys Basketball Playoffs (Championship): Exeter vs. Manheim Central (3-2-23)

And the Gold Medal goes to… the Exeter Eagles, who knocked off #1 Manheim Central 67-53 in the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Barons never really had an answer for 6’7″ Anthony Caccese, who had a Game-High 22 points for Exeter! Trey Grube led Central with 19 points & had a pair of 3pters… which moved his L-L Record up to 305 Career 3pters made!

Both Exeter & Manheim Central move onto the PIAA 5A State Tournament on Friday, March 10!

Girls Volleyball: Conestoga Valley vs. Warwick (9-6-22)

L-L League Girls Volleyball hit the court this week on Blue Ridge 11 ? Conestoga Valley looked solid against Section 1 foe Warwick, who did put up a fight in Game 3, but ultimately CV got the sweep 3-0! Check out the highlights here & catch more Girls ? on the channel this Fall ?

 

Wrestling: Warwick vs. Manheim Central (12/18/24)

In one of the most EXCITING & entertaining wrestling matches of the year… Warwick knocked off Manheim Central 39-27 for their first win of the season! The Warriors took an early 14-0 lead over the Barons with wins at 121, 127, & 133! But Central dug themselves out of a big hole with pins from AJ Hondru (172), Noah Templin (189), & Brodie Daugherty (FFT-215) to lead it 27-23! However, Julian Rodriguez’s pin at 285 catapulted Warwick back into the lead and the Warriors finished strong for the victory!
