Another stellar L-L League Wrestling Championship in the books! Here’s a look at the sights and sounds from the days’ action from Manheim Township HS!

🔹Conestoga Valley won the boys team title after they sent 6 wrestlers to the Finals, winning 5 🥇 Ephrata finished 4th, Manheim Central 6th, Cocalico 9th, Warwick 11th & Garden Spot 17th! On the girls side, JP McCaskey won the team title over Hempfield, with Warwick finishing 7th as our only local school with a girls team!

▪️Congrats to Northern Lebanon’s Aaron Seidel who joined the 4X League Champion Club winning at 133lbs!

The Lady Mounts improved to 6-0 after they beat Cocalico 32-19 in this year's "Backyard Brawl"! It's Ephrata's BEST start to a season in almost 2 Decades! Jasmine Griffin led all scorers with 17 points, which moved her into 2nd All-Time in Ephrata history with 1,164 points (at the time)!

BIG game from Senior Tanner Armstrong, who led Warwick Girls Lacrosse to a 17-6 win over Ephrata! Armstrong had a game high 7 goals; now has 60 goals this season! Check out the highlights from a complete team win for the Warriors...
