Fantastic First game in our Girls Soccer coverage this Fall! Warwick knocks off Manheim Central 3-2 in a hotly contested showdown! Warriors Olivia Shertzer led the way with 2 Goals… Grace Bowman added her 1st goal of the season! Warwick moved to 2-0! The "Backyard Brawl" was painted PINK for the Annual Dig Pink event that raises funds & awareness for Breast Cancer research, as Ephrata & Cocalico squared off in a Section 2 clash! Lady Mounts take the rivalry this year... sweeping the match 3-0 & sweeping the season series 2-0! Check out these highlights...

Ephrata collected another rivalry win to start the season 2-0! Mounts took down Warwick 10-4 & beat Cocalico 4-0 on Friday, March 24! The top 4 hitters for the Mounts went 5-9 with 6 walks & 9 runs scored, including Coy Schwanger’s surprise steal of home!

Ephrata WON its 11th straight with a 58-50 victory over Conestoga Valley! Four Lady Mounts scored in double figures… Marie McCracken (15pts); Leah Caldwell (14pts); Alyssa Caldwell (13pts) & Emily Bender (11pts)! Azailya Washington scored a Season-High 23 points for the Buckskins, but it wasn’t enough as Ephrata hit 11 of 13 free throws in the 4th quarter!

🔸Ephrata (8-0) padded their lead in Section 2 over Conestoga Valley (6-2) winning both matchups this year!
