In our first High School baseball game of the Spring, Manheim Central jumped out to a big lead & held on for the 6-5 win over Cocalico! Barons Colton Book had a 3-run HR in the 1st! SP Connor Rohrer gets the Win; had 6 K’s! Also need to give a shoutout to Cocalico Freshman pitcher Trent Dickson, who threw 5 shutout innings in relief, gave up just 1 hit to a potent Barons lineup! Ephrata Girls won their 2nd straight L-L Playoff game, downing Section 3 Co-Champ Manheim Central 36-33! Lady Barons' Maddie Knier led all scorers with 14pts, Rachel Nolt added 12! Brynn Adams scored 9pts for the Lady Mounts, Camryn Andes & Cara Tiesi had 8 each! Check out these highlights from a hard-fought game!
