#1 Manheim Central had to literally survive & advance today beating #16 Mechanicsburg 4-3! Barons took an early 4-0 lead, but hung on against a scrappy Wildcats squad & moved onto the 5A District 3 Quarterfinals on Thursday against #8 Muhlenberg! Manheim Central celebrated Senior Night with a 3-1 Win over Garden Spot! Aubrey Myers got the scoring started for the Lady Barons in the 26th minute, giving Central a 1-0 lead at the half! But Spartans Bella Boozer rocketed a shot home 6 minutes after halftime to tie it up 1-1! That’s when Manheim Central’s Seniors took over… Abby Sweeney & Laura Kahler put a pair of goals past the keeper! Lady Barons kept their postseason hopes alive with 1 more game against Octorara on the schedule!

Warwick girls picked up a much needed win on the road against Garden Spot... 56-20! Warriors jumped out fast in the game 11-0 & finished strong to even up their record at 10-10! Bella Smithson led the scoring with 16 points! Warwick is right in contention for the Final District 3 Playoff spot... #13 in 5A!

Barons and Black Knights went the distance... 80 minutes of regulation... 1 Goal apiece... Connor Caterbone (MC) & Nathan Leisure (Hempfield)!
