That’s a wrap on our first live #llwrestling match of the season. The Ephrata Mounts gave Manheim Central all they could handle in the beginning. But it was the Barons who pulled away in the end, winning it 48-21.

In the 60th meeting of the "Backyard Brawl"... Cocalico beat Ephrata 10-7! It's the 9th straight win for the Eagles in this rivalry, as the Review Cup stays in Denver! But the All-Time series tightens up to 31-29 in favor of Ephrata!

Softball: Conestoga Valley vs. Ephrata (4-24-23)

We saw a pitcher's duel on the channel between Conestoga Valley's Rhiannon Henry & Ephrata's Ellie Meier, who both combined for 14 strikeouts! Lady Mounts broke the scoreless game open in the 5th with an Ellie Meier sacrifice fly! It was all Ephrata needed to beat CV 1-0!

-- The 3 Game Series between CV & Ephrata is tied 1-1! The final meeting this season will be Monday, May 1 at Conestoga Valley (4:15pm)

Boys Basketball: Cocalico vs. Ephrata (1-8-25)

Round 1 of the “Backyard Brawl” went to Ephrata (4-1 Sec. 2) who knocked off rival Cocalico (3-3 Sec. 2) 58-43! Mounts used a 17-4 advantage in the 4th quarter to pull away! Ephrata’s Marqus Hardin led all scorers with 22 points! Landry Kopp & Grayson Shellhammer each added 11! Cocalico’s Timmy Hambright had 19 points, including 5 three-pointers!

Girls Basketball: Northern Lebanon vs. Cocalico (1-18-24)

A "Tale of Two Halves" -- Tied 15-15 at halftime… Northern Lebanon powered their past Cocalico to a 47-33 victory in this Section 3 Clash!

🔸Viking’s Haley Sheroky (15 points) & Olivia Shutter (14 points & 4-3pters) were the driving force behind a 32-18 2nd half advantage!

🔹 Cocalico Freshman Kira Lehman had 16 points to lead all scorers!
