Sportstalk Recap: Week 1 HS Football

Cocalico's "Cinderella Story" in the HS Football postseason came to an end in the 5A PIAA State Semifinals with a 34-12 loss against District 7 Champ, Pine-Richland! The Eagles, who came in as the 5A District 3 Champs feel behind 21-0 at the half & could complete the 2nd half comeback! Cocalico ends their season 10-5 with the program's 4th District Title & 3rd appearance in the State Semifinals!

STATEMENT WIN for Manheim Central football, who pitched a shutout in the 2nd half of their Week 5 matchup with Warwick to pull away 47-13! Barons moved to 5-0 with the win & opened up Section 2 play at 1-0! Check out the highlights now!

The Ephrata Mounts are once again BACK ON TOP of the L-L Baseball mountain after beating Lampeter-Strasburg 4-3 in the League Finals! It's Ephrata's first League Title since 2018 & the 5th overall for the program!
