Lancaster Stormers busted out of a slump, beating Staten Island 13-4 in the first game of their series this week! Stormers got home runs from Shawon Dunston Jr., Justin Farmer & Damon Dues… plus, 5 RBI from Joseph Carpenter! L-L League Football — Week 2 – Ephrata vs Manheim Central (8/29/25)
Ephrata made it 2 Wins in a row against Manheim Central with a 17-6 Win in Week 2! Barons RB Logan Geib put Central in front 6-0 with a 7yd rushing TD! But the Mounts ran off 17 unanswered points to get the victory! QB Carson Martin had 2 passing TD's (Frain & Grant) along with 2 tackles for loss & a sack on defense!
Fun fact: this was Ephrata's 400th Win in program history, dating back to their start in 1910! The Mounts are 2-0 to kickoff the 2025 Season & will be on Blue Ridge 11 in Week 3 vs. Garden Spot!
Atlantic League Baseball: Hagerstown vs. Lancaster (6-6-24)
The Stormers are sizzling hot, winners of 10 in a row! Lancaster won both games of a doubleheader today against Hagerstown, sweeping the series with the Flying Boxcars! Game 1 came down to the end as Lancaster won it 7-4!
