Softball: Lebanon vs. Ephrata (4-2-25)

The Ephrata Mounts are headed to the L-L League Baseball Championship Game after knocking off Section 1 Champ Warwick… 3-1 in 8 innings! Brody Martin pitched a gem for Ephrata, 7 strong innings, 8 K’s, 1 run allowed!

Mounts will face Manheim Township in the League Finals at Clipper Magazine Stadium on Thursday, May 19!

#6 Manheim Central moved onto the next round of 5A District 3 Playoffs after a 32-25 win over #11 Cocalico! Lady Barons also qualified for the PIAA State Tournament in March! For Central, Gianna Walters had 12 points, including a pair of 3-pointers… giving her a Single-Season High 51–3’s (101 Career)! Maddie Gehman added 11 points, 9 in the first half to get the Lady Barons going! Cocalico’s Kira Lehman dropped a Game-High 14 points, but the Lady Eagles season ended at 12-11!

Manheim Central picked up a Big Win... 25-16 on the road against Ephrata & tightened the Section 2 race in the process!

-- Ephrata: Marie McCracken had 8 points to lead the Lady Mounts!

Fantastic First game in our Girls Soccer coverage this Fall! Warwick knocks off Manheim Central 3-2 in a hotly contested showdown! Warriors Olivia Shertzer led the way with 2 Goals… Grace Bowman added her 1st goal of the season! Warwick moved to 2-0!
