For the 1st time since 1991, Ephrata Girls Basketball will play for an L-L League Title ? Lady Mounts punched their ticket with a 37-35 OT Win over Section 1 Champ Penn Manor! INCREDIBLE finish! Jasmine Griffin had a Game-High 17pts; scored her 1,000th point! Brynn Adams had 10, including a buzzer-beating 3pter to force Overtime! Boys Volleyball: Manheim Central vs. Cocalico (4-23-24)
Manheim Central looked every bit a Top 3 AA team in the state of PA against Cocalico! Barons won 3-0 (25-19, 25-13, 25-17)... handing the Eagles their only 2 losses in Section 2 play this year! Central also has yet to drop a game in a match this season (30-0 vs. opponents)! Barons improved to 8-0!
L-L League Football — Week 2 – Ephrata vs Manheim Central (8/29/25)
Ephrata made it 2 Wins in a row against Manheim Central with a 17-6 Win in Week 2! Barons RB Logan Geib put Central in front 6-0 with a 7yd rushing TD! But the Mounts ran off 17 unanswered points to get the victory! QB Carson Martin had 2 passing TD's (Frain & Grant) along with 2 tackles for loss & a sack on defense!
Fun fact: this was Ephrata's 400th Win in program history, dating back to their start in 1910! The Mounts are 2-0 to kickoff the 2025 Season & will be on Blue Ridge 11 in Week 3 vs. Garden Spot!
