On Senior Night, Ephrata ran into the hot bats of Conestoga Valley, who scored 13 runs on 10 hits to beat the Lady Mounts 13-3 in 5 innings! Big night at the plate for CV's Ava Smith, Bianca Henry & Laila Smith... who all combined to go 9-10 at the plate with 10 RBI! Manheim Central used 6 touchdowns from RB Brycen Armold to grab a convincing WIN over York Suburban…63-14! Barons churned out 406 yards rushing ?? #2 Manheim Central now moves onto the 4A Semifinals against #3 Lampeter-Strasburg, which will be right back in Manheim!

5A District 3 Boys Basketball Playoffs (Championship): Exeter vs. Manheim Central (3-2-23)
And the Gold Medal goes to... the Exeter Eagles, who knocked off #1 Manheim Central 67-53 in the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Barons never really had an answer for 6'7" Anthony Caccese, who had a Game-High 22 points for Exeter! Trey Grube led Central with 19 points & had a pair of 3pters... which moved his L-L Record up to 305 Career 3pters made!
Both Exeter & Manheim Central move onto the PIAA 5A State Tournament on Friday, March 10!
3A District 3 Girls Soccer Playoffs: Semifinals – #10 Manheim Central vs. #3 Cocalico (10-28-24)
Cocalico punched their ticket back to the 3A Championship Game with a 2-0 win over Manheim Central! Liv Smith got the Lady Eagles on the scoreboard in the 75th minute... followed by Kira Lehman's Goal 3 minutes later!
-- Not only is Cocalico playing for another District 3 Title on Thursday, October 31... they have also qualified for States in back to back seasons! #10 Manheim Central has to win the 3rd place game at home against #12 Palmyra on Thursday, October 31 to make States!
