L-L League Football — Week 2 – Ephrata vs Manheim Central (8/29/25)

Ephrata made it 2 Wins in a row against Manheim Central with a 17-6 Win in Week 2! Barons RB Logan Geib put Central in front 6-0 with a 7yd rushing TD! But the Mounts ran off 17 unanswered points to get the victory! QB Carson Martin had 2 passing TD's (Frain & Grant) along with 2 tackles for loss & a sack on defense!

Fun fact: this was Ephrata's 400th Win in program history, dating back to their start in 1910! The Mounts are 2-0 to kickoff the 2025 Season & will be on Blue Ridge 11 in Week 3 vs. Garden Spot!

Boys Basketball: Warwick vs. Manheim Central (2-3-25)

EPIC comeback for Manheim Central, who trailed Warwick by 15pts in the 2nd quarter & again by 14pts in the 3rd… BUT the Barons posted 45 points in the 2nd half to pull out the victory 69-65! Central’s Mason Rodgers led all scorers with 21 points (5-3pters), Ryan Kenneff has 16 points (10-11 FT)! Ya’Majesty Washington led the Warriors with 19 points (3-3pters), Caleb Johnsen added 16!

4A District 3 Football Playoffs (Quarterfinals): York Suburban vs. Manheim Central (11-11-22)

Manheim Central used 6 touchdowns from RB Brycen Armold to grab a convincing WIN over York Suburban…63-14! Barons churned out 406 yards rushing ?? #2 Manheim Central now moves onto the 4A Semifinals against #3 Lampeter-Strasburg, which will be right back in Manheim!

Girls Basketball: Cocalico vs. Warwick (12/20/24)

In their FIRST home game of the season, Warwick earned their FIRST Win of the season… 33-31 over Cocalico! Mia Warfel led the Warriors in scoring with 13 points, including the go-ahead bucket with 13 seconds left in the game! Kira Lehman led all scorers with 16 points (10 in the 4th; 6-8 FT in 4th)… Corinne Fair had 9 points (3-3’s) for Cocalico!
