L-L League Softball Playoffs: Quarterfinals – Manheim Central vs. Warwick (5-11-24)

Cocalico got a big win Wednesday night in the District 3 Playoffs over Fleetwood 38-33! A team win for the Lady Eagles, as Senior Hannah Custer led Cocalico with 13 points & one major defensive assignment on Fleetwood’s Alexis Hess... a Division 1 recruit! Hess led all scorers with 17 points! Check out the highlights now...

MAJOR UPSET! #16 Spring Grove knocked off #1 Manheim Central 45-38 in the First Round of the 5A District 3 Playoffs! Barons had a 13-6 lead after the 1st quarter, but the Rockets outscored Central 39-25 the rest of the way! Ky’sier Ludvig led the Rockets with 14 points! Ryan Kenneff had a Game-High 15 points in the Barons loss!

▪️#1 Manheim Central dropped down into the 9th place consolation bracket and played again on Friday, February 21 against #9 Middletown (winning 43-39)!

Manheim Central turned up the heat on a cold winter night… beating Conestoga Valley 42-24 in a non-league matchup! Lady Barons outscored the Buckskins 17-4 in the 3rd quarter to seize control of the game!

▪️Lilah Walters led all scorers with 13 points! Gianna Walters added 12 points (4-3’s)! Bianca Henry led CV with 9 points!
