L-L League Boys Soccer Playoffs: Finals – Hempfield vs. Warwick (10-16-24)

Manheim Central knocked off rival Cocalico in Week 10... 42-20 on the strength of a HUGE 2nd half! Barons outscored the Eagles 35-6 in the 3rd & 4th quarters! In doing so, Manheim Central finished 9-1 overall AND forced a 3-way tie for the Section 2 Title! Warwick, Manheim Central and Cocalico with split the trophy this year! For the 2nd time this season, Conestoga Valley pushed Warwick to their limits! BUT the Warriors came away with the Win AGAIN… 3-1! Warwick stayed atop the Section 1 standings at 6-1 with a HUGE matchup against Cedar Crest (their only loss in 2024) looming next Tuesday, April 23!

Governor Mifflin & Ephrata opened up their 2025 HS Volleyball Season on Blue Ridge 11 📺 with the Mustangs grabbing the 3-1 Win over the Mounts! Mifflin started the match strong, winning Game 1 & 2 (25-17 & 25-19)! But Ephrata fought back in Game 3 (25-22) to slow down Mifflin’s momentum! However, in Game 4 the Mustangs regained their continuity and cruised (25-17) to the 3-1 Win!

Cocalico handled business against Elco 2-0 in the League Quarterfinals! Clare Kelly got the scoring started in the 26th minute & Kira Lehman put home the clincher in the 59th minute for the Lady Eagles 2-0 victory! Chloe Martin assisted on both goals!
