L-L League Baseball Playoffs: Quarterfinals – Lancaster Catholic vs. Ephrata (5-9-24)

The Ephrata Mounts, your back to back Section 2 Champs and reigning 2023 L-L League Champ, advanced to the next round after a 7-1 Win over Lancaster Catholic in the League Quarterfinals! Trent Wolf went 5 innings on the mound for the Mounts, giving up just 3 hits & 1 run… Plus, he had 2 RBI at the plate!

🔸Ephrata will face Manheim Township in the Semifinals on Saturday, May 11 at 2pm (War Memorial Field)

Softball: Cocalico vs. Manheim Central (4-23-25)

Cocalico and Manheim Central were locked in a tight ballgame that came down to the final innings... as the Lady Barons rallied to win 5-4! Cocalico took the early 3-0 lead, with runs by Kira Lehman, Gretchen Showalter & Clarissa Lockman... but Central plated 2 runs in the bottom of the 3rd with a 2 RBI single from Abbi Logan! Lady Barons would take the 4-3 lead in the 4th & tack on another run in the 5th! Cocalico cut it to 5-4 late, but could not plate the tying run! Riley Hostetter got the win in the circle for Manheim Central!

Atlantice League Baseball: Gastonia vs. Lancaster (6-20-23)

Stormers blank BEST team in Atlantic League! In front of a packed Clipper Magazine Stadium... 7,069 strong... the Lancaster Barnstormers shutout the Gastonia Honey Hunters 6-0 on the strength of the bats & a stellar pitching effort from Brent Teller 💪⚾️ Stormers are back on Blue Ridge 11 📺 Wednesday Night at 6:30pm!

L-L League Baseball Playoffs: Finals – Lampeter-Strasburg vs. Ephrata (5-15-23)

The Ephrata Mounts are once again BACK ON TOP of the L-L Baseball mountain after beating Lampeter-Strasburg 4-3 in the League Finals! It's Ephrata's first League Title since 2018 & the 5th overall for the program!

-- Camryn Simes (Fr.) earned the Win - 6 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 6 K

-- Coy Schwanger: 2-3, 2 runs scored, 1 RBI

2024 L-L League Football Media Day — Cocalico Eagles (8-2-24)

Cocalico Head Coach Bryan Strohl & several of his players sat down with us at this year's football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Eagles made it back to back 5A District 3 Championships... BUT came up 2 yards short in the State Semifinals! Now they look to replace a ton of Senior leadership heading into the 2024 Season! Hear how Cocalico plans to do that with a different group of guys!
