Ahead of a big playoff showdown in the 4A District 3 Quarterfinals between Cocalico & Berks Catholic, our guys on Sportstalk broke down the matchup and gave you a couple of "Keys to the Game!" Check out their analysis...

Ephrata took care of business against Garden Spot 69-39… winning their 5th straight! Lady Mounts are 3-0 in Section 2 play! Leah Caldwell scored a New Career High with 24 points in the Ephrata Win! Marie McCracken added 16 points & Alyssa Caldwell had 12! Laina Steiner led the Spartans with 10 points!

Governor Mifflin & Ephrata opened up their 2025 HS Volleyball Season on Blue Ridge 11 📺 with the Mustangs grabbing the 3-1 Win over the Mounts! Mifflin started the match strong, winning Game 1 & 2 (25-17 & 25-19)! But Ephrata fought back in Game 3 (25-22) to slow down Mifflin’s momentum! However, in Game 4 the Mustangs regained their continuity and cruised (25-17) to the 3-1 Win!
