L-L Baseball: Garden Spot vs. Manheim Central (4-26-21)

For the 2nd year in a row… Garden Spot handed the Ephrata Mounts a tough loss… this time pulling out a close one 24-21! Spartans move to 3-0 in Section 3 play & 5-1 overall, boosting their already strong 5A District 3 ranking ?? Mounts dropped to 1-2 in Section 3... 3-3 overall!

Lancaster Barnstormers picked up a much needed Win over Charleston with a 4-3 victory in Game #2 of the series! Stormers are trying to keep pace with the red-hot York Revolution & Southern Maryland Blue Crabs in the North Division!

Hempfield Boys Volleyball makes a statement as they sweep Warwick 3-0, ending the Warriors unbeaten record! Black Knights also forced a tie atop the Section 1 standings! Both teams have now won on their home courts... if they win out, Warwick & Hempfield will share the title! Will we see a Round #3? Warwick’s pitching & hitting carried the Warriors to a 10-0 WIN in 5 innings over Donegal in the Quarterfinals of the L-L League Playoffs! Matt Seibert tossed 5 strong innings, had 5 K's, no Walks, gave up just 3 hits!
