Manheim Central and Cocalico wrestled a WHOPPER of a match as the Section 2 Title was on the line for the Barons! It was back & forth all night… but Central sent out their Hammer, Brett Barbush to seal it with a pin at 160lbs! Barons won 32-30 & moved to 6-0 in Section 2 with one match remaining against Donegal on January 25!

In a low-scoring, defensive battle between Section 3 contenders Cocalico and Warwick, the game came down to the last play… a Hail Mary that felt incomplete for the Warriors! Eagles win a tight one 10-7!
♦ Warwick scored in the 1st quarter on a 14 yard TD connection between QB Thomas Myers & WR Judah Willard!
🔹 Cocalico answered back in the 2nd quarter on a long, 89 yard TD dash by Brayden Eppinette! Neither team scored again until Talen Popolis kicked the game-winning field late in the 4th quarter!

Girls Basketball: Game #2 — Cocalico vs. Ephrata (12-22-23)
Ephrata Lady Mounts grabbed bragging rights again in the “Backyard Brawl” after completing the comeback against Cocalico… 33-30! Ephrata was down 21-12 at half, but outscored Cocalico 21-9 in the 2nd half!

Boys Basketball: Ephrata vs. Cocalico (12-22-22)
Cocalico ended Ephrata's undefeated season with a 66-58 victory in the "Backyard Brawl"! Eagles Sophomore Camden Ochs had a monster night...23 points; Aaryn Longenecker chipped in 15! Four Mounts scored in double figures but it wasn't enough to complete the comeback... Cocalico grabbed the bragging rights for another year!
