HS Wrestling: Manheim Central vs. Cocalico (1-20-23)

Manheim Central and Cocalico wrestled a WHOPPER of a match as the Section 2 Title was on the line for the Barons! It was back & forth all night… but Central sent out their Hammer, Brett Barbush to seal it with a pin at 160lbs! Barons won 32-30 & moved to 6-0 in Section 2 with one match remaining against Donegal on January 25!

Field Hockey: Cocalico vs. Manheim Central (10-2-24)

Manheim Central beat Cocalico 2-1 in a late season Section 2 showdown, with lots of playoff implications on the line!

🔹First quarter, Cocalico’s Maggie Allen scored quickly, followed soon after by a Lady Barons goal from Brooke Nelson! Action remained intense into the 3rd quarter, when Central’s Ella Brubaker scored the eventual game winner off a powerful strike from Paige Garner!

Boys Basketball: Lancaster Catholic vs. Cocalico (1-22-24)

Cocalico boys continued to play well at home… winning again in a Section 3 clash with Lancaster Catholic… 57-46!

-- Eagles’ Timmy Hambright led all scorers with 20 points (4-3pters)! Bryce Nash added 11, Camden Ochs had 10! Cocalico is back on Blue Ridge 11 TV this Friday Night hosting Warwick!

Girls Volleyball: Cocalico vs. Ephrata (10-7-24)

It was “Dig Pink Night” for the annual “Backyard Brawl” in girls volleyball 🩷🏐🩷 Ephrata jumped out to the early 2-0 lead, but Cocalico grabbed Game 3… 25-18 to avoid the sweep! Lady Mounts regrouped & won Game 4… 25-15 to take the match 3-1! Ephrata's Sofia Rios had a Great serving night with 7 total aces! Martina Elliot led the team with 14 kills! For the Lady Eagles, Jaclyn Niven had 16 kills and 5 blocks!
