Manheim Central and Cocalico wrestled a WHOPPER of a match as the Section 2 Title was on the line for the Barons! It was back & forth all night… but Central sent out their Hammer, Brett Barbush to seal it with a pin at 160lbs! Barons won 32-30 & moved to 6-0 in Section 2 with one match remaining against Donegal on January 25!

?WHAT A MATCH? Cocalico & Warwick wrestled an intense Section 1 match that saw the Eagles race out to a commanding 24-0 lead, only to have Warwick rattle off 6 bouts in a row to tie it 24-24! Both teams traded pins at 145 & 152…ending in a 30-30 TIE! So we went to criteria & Warwick pulled out the 31-30 win on the strength of winning 7 bouts on the night compared to Cocalico’s 6! Warwick & Cocalico played to a 1-1 draw… AGAIN! Ella Shirk scored in the 4th minute, giving the Warriors a brief 1-0 lead! But Kira Lehman tied it up for Cocalico just minutes later on a header off a corner kick! Both teams spent the next 90 minutes, thru 2OT’s trying to net the game winner! ** (This is now twice this season these teams have played to a 1-1 tie)
