Girls Basketball: Warwick vs. Cocalico (1-24-25)

Conestoga Valley Boys Volleyball got the WIN on Senior Night over Cedar Crest 3-1! Falcons fought back in Game 3 to avoid the sweep, but the Buckskins prevailed in Game 4… moving CV up the standings in Section 1 & in the District 3 rankings! Here are the highlights…

What a clash between fantastic 5A Girls Basketball squads! Cocalico & Gettysburg left it all out on the court! We saw 3’s...stellar defense & even a career milestone! In the end, Gettysburg advanced 44-39! Cocalico Senior Izzy Mack led the team 12 points (4-3’s)! Senior Hannah Custer had 8! A great season for Cocalico ends at 16-4, with a Section 3 Title! Hempfield denied Warwick a trip to the L-L League Finals with a 49-43 win! Black Knights outscored the Warriors 13-6 in the 4th quarter to get the W! Hempfield is into the L-L Championship for the 3rd year in a row, where they will face Section 2 Champ, Manheim Central, on Friday at 7pm!

-- Warwick's next game is Monday, February 20 in the District 3 Playoffs... they will host Donegal at 7pm!
