Ephrata Field Hockey picked up their 1st WIN in the District 3 Playoffs since 2013 ? Lady Mounts beat Garden Spot 4-1! ?Ephrata will face #1 Seed Palmyra on Saturday in the 2A Quarterfinals! The bracket now becomes double elimination…Top 6 teams go to States! So Ephrata is guaranteed at least 2 more games...

It's a Senior Night victory for Ephrata, who beat Conestoga Valley 16-5! Lady Mounts woke the bats up in the 2nd inning, scoring 7 runs and NEVER looked back! Hot bat of the night belonged to Senior Maddie Russell... 5-5, 3 doubles, 1 triple, 1 single, 5 RBI, 2 runs scored... as well as 4+ shutdown innings in the circle!

-- Ephrata swept the season series 3-0 against CV, with games against JP McCaskey, Lebanon, Elizabethtown & Dallastown still left on the schedule!

For the 2nd time this season, Conestoga Valley pushed Warwick to their limits! BUT the Warriors came away with the Win AGAIN… 3-1! Warwick stayed atop the Section 1 standings at 6-1 with a HUGE matchup against Cedar Crest (their only loss in 2024) looming next Tuesday, April 23!

In the final Barnstormers broadcast on Blue Ridge 11 TV this Summer... Lancaster helped out their 1st place crusade with a 7-2 WIN over Spire City! Stormers got a solid outting on the mound from Brent Teller (6 IP, 4 H, 2 ER) & a 4-4 day at the plate from Shawon Dunston Jr.!
