Warwick Boys Volleyball backed up their claim as Section 1 Title front runners! Warriors swept Conestoga Valley 3-0, maintained their unbeaten record & stayed in the top spot in Section 1! Check out the highlights & keep an eye on Warwick heading into the Playoffs!

WHAT A WILD WALKOFF WIN!

Trailing 6-3 in the bottom of the 9th... Lancaster "stormed-back" with 4 runs to walk it off against Staten Island... 7-6! The comeback seemed unlikely after the Stormers trailed 5-0 early & then 6-3 in the 9th... but Lancaster's next 6 batters reached based, including Joseph Carpenter's RBI fielder's choice that scored Shawon Dunston Jr. with the GAME-WINNING RUN!

FIRST TIME THIS YEAR, Warwick Boys Volleyball was pushed to a 4th game...but the Warriors pull of the 3-1 win over Conestoga Valley! Warwick moved to 7-0 this season and remained in 1st place in Section 1!

Warwick & Cocalico played to a 1-1 draw… AGAIN! Ella Shirk scored in the 4th minute, giving the Warriors a brief 1-0 lead! But Kira Lehman tied it up for Cocalico just minutes later on a header off a corner kick! Both teams spent the next 90 minutes, thru 2OT’s trying to net the game winner! ** (This is now twice this season these teams have played to a 1-1 tie)

🔹Cocalico finishes 8-0-2 & captures their FIRST Section 2 Title in program history

▪️Warwick is 6-1-2 in Section 2 & has clinched a berth in the League Playoffs! They have one game left in League play against Solanco on Monday, October 7!
