Palmyra Cougars pulled off a hard-fought 62-54 victory over the Warwick Warriors in a thrilling non-league matchup! Palmyra held a narrow 27-22 lead at halftime before extending it in the second half, thanks to standout performances from Alex Dorta, who led all scorers with 20 points. Ya’Majesty Washington led Warwick with 15 points, while Parker Horst added 10! Warrior suffered their first Loss of the season!

Baseball: Manheim Central vs. Ephrata (5-2-25)

Mounts WALKED IT OFF 3-2 over Manheim Central in a WILD ending to a fast-paced, close game! Barons took the early lead with 2 runs in the 3rd inning, but the Mounts answered back with 2 runs in the 4th inning! After 7 full innings, the game was tied 2-2... so we went extra innings! Ephrata loaded the bases bottom of the 8th inning & on a full count, Ethan Hunt took off for home... the pitch hit JD Muhr and Ephrata Won in dramatic fashion! -- Camryn Simes (7-0) came away with the Win in relief for Ephrata!

PIAA Girls Basketball State Playoffs (5A 2nd Round): Manheim Central vs West York (3-13-22)

Manheim Central’s History-Making run in the PIAA State Playoffs came to an end Sunday! Lady Barons fell 49-34 to West York in the 5A Girls 2nd Round! Lady Barons' Maddie Knier led ALL scorers with 18 points, but it wasn’t enough as 4 Bulldogs scored in double-figures! Manheim Central finished the season 20-8, with a Section 3 Co-Championship, a 4th place finish in District 3 & the First EVER State Playoff win in program history!
