Hempfield Boys Volleyball makes a statement as they sweep Warwick 3-0, ending the Warriors unbeaten record! Black Knights also forced a tie atop the Section 1 standings! Both teams have now won on their home courts... if they win out, Warwick & Hempfield will share the title! Will we see a Round #3? Lancaster ended June on a winning note… beating Long Island 14-4! Stormers scored 4 runs in the 1st & padded their lead with 7 runs in the 7th inning! Starter Noah Bremer got the Win to improve his record to 6-3! Lancaster took the weekend series from the Ducks (2-1) & won 4 of 6 on the home stand (2-1 vs. Staten Island)!

Ephrata Girls won their 2nd straight L-L Playoff game, downing Section 3 Co-Champ Manheim Central 36-33! Lady Barons' Maddie Knier led all scorers with 14pts, Rachel Nolt added 12! Brynn Adams scored 9pts for the Lady Mounts, Camryn Andes & Cara Tiesi had 8 each! Check out these highlights from a hard-fought game!
