Blue Ridge 11’s Weekly Wrap-Up (L-L Spring Playoffs Edition)

Manheim Central’s History-Making run in the PIAA State Playoffs came to an end Sunday! Lady Barons fell 49-34 to West York in the 5A Girls 2nd Round! Lady Barons' Maddie Knier led ALL scorers with 18 points, but it wasn’t enough as 4 Bulldogs scored in double-figures! Manheim Central finished the season 20-8, with a Section 3 Co-Championship, a 4th place finish in District 3 & the First EVER State Playoff win in program history!

It's a special year for L-L Football as all 13 Berks County teams are merging into the League! Cocalico ended Ephrata's undefeated season with a 66-58 victory in the "Backyard Brawl"! Eagles Sophomore Camden Ochs had a monster night...23 points; Aaryn Longenecker chipped in 15! Four Mounts scored in double figures but it wasn't enough to complete the comeback... Cocalico grabbed the bragging rights for another year!
