Manheim Central spotted Cocalico a 2-0 lead after the 1st inning… Alex Fox & Dane Horning scored the Eagles runs! But the Barons rattled off 12 unanswered runs after that & won the game 12-2 in 6 innings! Central’s Cody Hess went 3-3 with 3 RBI & a run scored, Carter Kyle & Cam Thompson combined for 3 hits, 2 walks & 4 runs scored! Barons starter Colin Connelly (2-1) got the Win (5 IP, 2 R, 3 H, 7 K’s, 6 BB)

— Manheim Central (1-0 Section 3) & Cocalico (0-1 Section 3) face off again on Wednesday, April 23 at Cocalico HS (4:15pm)

L-L Football: Warwick vs. Cocalico (10-22-21)

Cocalico celebrates Senior Night in a big way by knocking off Warwick 27-21, moving to 4-0 in the Section 2 standings! The Eagles now earn at least a share of the Section 2 Title & face Manheim Central next week for a chance to win it outright! As for the game... it was another huge night on the gridiron for Anthony Bourassa, who smashed his previous career high, churning out 330+ yards on the ground & 2 TD's! L-L Wrestling: Garden Spot vs. Ephrata (12-15-21)

Great matchup for our First HS Wrestling match of the Winter Sports Season! Garden Spot and Ephrata went back & forth 7 total Falls between the 2 squads! Ephrata took the lead early, had it late... but the Spartans pulled off 2 late pins to sneak out of town with the win... 33-29! Check out these entertaining highlights...

Softball: Conestoga Valley vs. Ephrata (4-24-23)

We saw a pitcher's duel on the channel between Conestoga Valley's Rhiannon Henry & Ephrata's Ellie Meier, who both combined for 14 strikeouts! Lady Mounts broke the scoreless game open in the 5th with an Ellie Meier sacrifice fly! It was all Ephrata needed to beat CV 1-0!

-- The 3 Game Series between CV & Ephrata is tied 1-1! The final meeting this season will be Monday, May 1 at Conestoga Valley (4:15pm)
