The comeback seemed unlikely after the Stormers trailed 5-0 early & then 6-3 in the 9th… but Lancaster’s next 6 batters reached based, including Joseph Carpenter’s RBI fielder’s choice that scored Shawon Dunston Jr. with the GAME-WINNING RUN!
Manheim Central looked every bit a Top 3 AA team in the state of PA against Cocalico! Barons won 3-0 (25-19, 25-13, 25-17)... handing the Eagles their only 2 losses in Section 2 play this year! Central also has yet to drop a game in a match this season (30-0 vs. opponents)! Barons improved to 8-0!
The “Backyard Brawl” between Cocalico & Ephrata came down to the FINAL bout of the night… tied 29-29! Ephrata’s Kaleb Sweigart survived a 13-11 decision at 172lbs against Cocalico’s Dane Bollinger! Mounts Won 32-29… picked up their 9th straight dual win to wrap up the season & knocked off the Eagles for the 2nd year in a row!

Highly competitive High School Boys Lacrosse game between Garden Spot & Ephrata! Spartans won a back & forth contest that saw the Mounts lead 3-1 after the 1st qt, then the Spartans grabbed a 7-4 halftime lead only to watch Ephrata close it to 8-7 after 3 quarters!
