WHAT A WILD WALKOFF WIN!

Trailing 6-3 in the bottom of the 9th… Lancaster “stormed-back” with 4 runs to walk it off against Staten Island… 7-6! The comeback seemed unlikely after the Stormers trailed 5-0 early & then 6-3 in the 9th… but Lancaster’s next 6 batters reached based, including Joseph Carpenter’s RBI fielder’s choice that scored Shawon Dunston Jr. with the GAME-WINNING RUN!

Lancaster Stormers busted out of a slump, beating Staten Island 13-4 in the first game of their series this week! Stormers got home runs from Shawon Dunston Jr., Justin Farmer & Damon Dues… plus, 5 RBI from Joseph Carpenter! All for of those guys combined for 13 RBI... starter Noah Bremer got the win, going 6 innings, giving up 9 hits and just 2 runs!

Field Hockey: Ephrata vs Warwick (9-11-24)

Warwick continued their impressive streak this season, advancing to an undefeated 8-0 record with a 6-0 victory over Ephrata! In a standout performance, Bree Zoccolo, who recently became Warwick's all-time leading scorer, made a significant impact by netting 2 goals! Additionally, the team's offensive effort was well-rounded, with several other players. Taylor Hess, Karys Craver, Mara Moyer, and Miriam Jackson each added to the scorebook. The Lady Warriors continue to build momentum in Section 1 & have only given up 3 goals all season!
