WHAT A WILD WALKOFF WIN!

Trailing 6-3 in the bottom of the 9th… Lancaster “stormed-back” with 4 runs to walk it off against Staten Island… 7-6! The comeback seemed unlikely after the Stormers trailed 5-0 early & then 6-3 in the 9th… but Lancaster’s next 6 batters reached based, including Joseph Carpenter’s RBI fielder’s choice that scored Shawon Dunston Jr. with the GAME-WINNING RUN!

L-L Boy’s Basketball Playoffs (Semifinals): Hempfield vs Warwick (2-16-22)

It was a Battle of former Section 1 foes & heated Rivals in the L-L League as Hempfield & Warwick squared off in the L-L League Semifinals! Black Knights had the advantage on the boards & used it, knocking off Warwick again…52-48! Tate Landis led all scorers with 17pts; Carter Horst had 11! Cole Overbaugh had 12pts for Hempfield! Boys Volleyball: Governor Mifflin vs. Ephrata (3-18-25)

Governor Mifflin & Ephrata opened up their 2025 HS Volleyball Season on Blue Ridge 11 📺 with the Mustangs grabbing the 3-1 Win over the Mounts! Mifflin started the match strong, winning Game 1 & 2 (25-17 & 25-19)! But Ephrata fought back in Game 3 (25-22) to slow down Mifflin’s momentum! However, in Game 4 the Mustangs regained their continuity and cruised (25-17) to the 3-1 Win!
