Atlantic League Baseball: Long Island vs. Lancaster (6-30-24)

Lancaster ended June on a winning note… beating Long Island 14-4! Stormers scored 4 runs in the 1st & padded their lead with 7 runs in the 7th inning! Starter Noah Bremer got the Win to improve his record to 6-3! Lancaster took the weekend series from the Ducks (2-1) & won 4 of 6 on the home stand (2-1 vs. Staten Island)!

▪️Against the Ducks, Stormers outscored Long Island 31-14 in the 3 game series!

Manheim Central rallied late in the game to take Round 1 against Cocalico… 4-3! Barons exploded for 3 runs in the 6th inning, capped off by Ky Watson’s RBI 1b! Trevor Lowe picked up the Win! Warwick Boys Basketball rides their INCREDIBLE Home winning streak to victory once again… now 22 WINS in a row… beating Mt Lebanon 54-40 in the 1st Round of the 6A PIAA State Tournament! It’s Warwick’s FIRST State Playoff win since 1986 ???
Tate Landis led all scorers with 22 points! Warriors move onto the 2nd Round of States on Saturday & will face District 11’s 3rd place team… Northampton (site to be determined)! Check out these highlights...

Boys Soccer: Governor Mifflin vs. Ephrata (8-26-24)

Ephrata boys soccer opened their season playing a full 100 minutes to a 1-1 draw against Governor Mifflin! Mounts Michael Straubel scored in the 28th minute to give Ephrata the lead, but Mustangs clanged one home off the crossbar right before halftime! Both keepers closed it down after that! Senior Austin Fries was Fantastic in goal for the Mounts!
