Conestoga Valley kept their UNDEFEATED season alive beating Shippensburg 35-24 in the 5A District 3 Quarterfinals! CV equaled the program’s Best start to a season at 11-0, tied with the 1985 Buckskins! CV’s Isaiah Sensenig ran the opening kickoff back 88 yards for a TD! Buckskins had 4 other rushing touchdowns in the game (Teagan Ruble - 2; Jayden Johnson - 1; Sawyer Esbenshade - 1) Conestoga Valley advanced to the District 3 Semifinals for the first time since 2000!

Hempfield & Warwick's "Championship Clash" in the L-L Boys Volleyball Final was another classic match in this rivalry series! The Warriors and Black Knights left it all out on the court, battling for each and every point, but it was Hempfield who earned their 24th League Title with a 3-1 win over Warwick! Ephrata made it 2 Wins in a row against Manheim Central with a 17-6 Win in Week 2! Barons RB Logan Geib put Central in front 6-0 with a 7yd rushing TD! But the Mounts ran off 17 unanswered points to get the victory! QB Carson Martin had 2 passing TD's (Frain & Grant) along with 2 tackles for loss & a sack on defense!
Fun fact: this was Ephrata's 400th Win in program history, dating back to their start in 1910! The Mounts are 2-0 to kickoff the 2025 Season & will be on Blue Ridge 11 in Week 3 vs. Garden Spot!
Back to back tough losses for Warwick, who fell 3-1 to Penn Manor! After tying the game in the 6th inning with a lead-off home run by Madison Minney... the Comets got 2 runs in the 7th inning & Warwick could not respond!
