HS Wrestling: Manheim Central vs. Warwick (2-7-24)

Manheim Central wrapped up their season with a Big Win over Warwick… 42-21! Barons got their scoring started at 189lbs by Brodie Daugherty (Jr.) with a 13-1 Major Decision; followed by Noah Templin (So.) at 215lbs via Pin! Barrett Keiffer (So.) added an 11-3 Major Decision Win later in the match!

L-L Boy’s Basketball Playoffs (Semifinals): Hempfield vs Warwick (2-16-22)

It was a Battle of former Section 1 foes & heated Rivals in the L-L League as Hempfield & Warwick squared off in the L-L League Semifinals! Black Knights had the advantage on the boards & used it, knocking off Warwick again…52-48! Tate Landis led all scorers with 17pts; Carter Horst had 11! Cole Overbaugh had 12pts for Hempfield! L-L League Baseball Playoffs: Quarterfinals – Lancaster Catholic vs. Ephrata (5-9-24)

The Ephrata Mounts, your back to back Section 2 Champs and reigning 2023 L-L League Champ, advanced to the next round after a 7-1 Win over Lancaster Catholic in the League Quarterfinals! Trent Wolf went 5 innings on the mound for the Mounts, giving up just 3 hits & 1 run… Plus, he had 2 RBI at the plate!

🔸Ephrata will face Manheim Township in the Semifinals on Saturday, May 11 at 2pm (War Memorial Field)
