Great matchup between Ephrata and Cocalico girls ⚽️ in the “Backyard Brawl”… the ONLY meeting this season! But despite both teams’ Best effort… neither Offense scored against the other’s Defense! Great goal keeping from Ephrata’s Amaya Jones & Cocalico’s Molly Barrett! This one went 100 heart-pounding minutes of scoreless action & ended in a 0-0 draw!

#1 Manheim Central had to literally survive & advance today beating #16 Mechanicsburg 4-3! Barons took an early 4-0 lead, but hung on against a scrappy Wildcats squad & moved onto the 5A District 3 Quarterfinals on Thursday against #8 Muhlenberg! Warwick stormed out to a 24-11 lead at the half over rival Manheim Township, but the Blue Streaks charged hard in the 2nd half & won 42-39! Jordan Pettigrew (MT) led all scorers with 12! Warwick’s Carter Horst had 11; Caleb Johnsen had 10!
