In Game 1 of the Atlantic League North Division Championship Series… Southern Maryland came away with a narrow 2-1 win over Lancaster! It was a pitcher’s duel on full display, with each Starting Pitcher giving up just 1 earned run... but the Stormers came up just short after an exciting 9th inning at Clipper Magazine Stadium ?⚾️? The 2A District 3 Boys Lacrosse Championship came down to a pair of Lancaster-Lebanon League teams vying for the title… #3 Lampeter-Strasburg & #1 Cocalico! Despite being 0-2 against Cocalico this season... LS proved 3rd time was the charm as the Pioneers knocked off the Eagles 15-10 to win their 1st District 3 Title in Boys Lacrosse History!

-- Both teams begin their State Playoff run on June 6!

Manheim Central Lady Barons completed the PERFECT 12-0 run thru Section 2... winning the Season Finale 59-38 over Warwick! MC Senior Maddie Knier dropped a Career High 32 points in the WIN! Manheim Central claims the Section 2 Title & finishes the season 19-3!

-- Lady Barons will host a League Quarterfinal Playoff game against Lampeter-Strasburg on Saturday, February 11 at 1pm!

The Cocalico Eagles made history in their 5A District 3 Championship Game, becoming the ONLY #12 seed to EVER WIN a title in District 3 (no matter the classification)... beating #2 Exeter 34-14! It's Cocalico's 4th title in program history, 1st for head coach Bryan Strohl! Eagles last won the 5A Title in 2019!

They now move onto the 5A State Semifinals against Pine-Richland on Friday, December 2! The game will air LIVE on Blue Ridge 11 TV from Mansion Park in Altoona at 7pm!
