Warwick Softball opened up their 6A District 3 Title defense with a close, hard-fought win over Wilson… 4-3! Warriors scored 3 runs Bot 4th to grab the lead & never relinquished it! Thriller of a game between Elco & Manheim Central girls!?? Went down to the wire but Elco escapes Manheim with the 54-53 victory! Maddie Knier was spectacular with 28 points, but Elco had 3 players in double figures... Kailey Eckhart (16), Ashley Yoh & Amanda Smith (14)! Smith hit the game-winner with 10 seconds left! Warwick WINS 9-0 in their 6A State Semifinals showdown with Cumberland Valley (2nd time Warwick has beaten CV in the postseason… walked it off in the 6A District 3 Semis 9-8)! Seth Adomnik threw a 1-hit shutout for the Warriors…the batting lineup did the rest, hammering out double-digit hits with a couple Home Runs thrown in!

The Warriors make the State Finals for the FIRST time in program history & will face District 11 Champ Liberty at Penn State's Medlar Field on Thursday, June 16 at 4:30pm on PCN TV!
