#1 Manheim Central had to literally survive & advance today beating #16 Mechanicsburg 4-3! Barons took an early 4-0 lead, but hung on against a scrappy Wildcats squad & moved onto the 5A District 3 Quarterfinals on Thursday against #8 Muhlenberg! Girl’s Basketball Elco vs. Manheim Central (2/16/21)
Thriller of a game between Elco & Manheim Central girls!?? Went down to the wire but Elco escapes Manheim with the 54-53 victory! Maddie Knier was spectacular with 28 points, but Elco had 3 players in double figures... Kailey Eckhart (16), Ashley Yoh & Amanda Smith (14)! Smith hit the game-winner with 10 seconds left! Girls Basketball: Cocalico vs. Warwick (12/20/24)
In their FIRST home game of the season, Warwick earned their FIRST Win of the season… 33-31 over Cocalico! Mia Warfel led the Warriors in scoring with 13 points, including the go-ahead bucket with 13 seconds left in the game! Kira Lehman led all scorers with 16 points (10 in the 4th; 6-8 FT in 4th)… Corinne Fair had 9 points (3-3’s) for Cocalico!
