Barons took an early 4-0 lead, but hung on against a scrappy Wildcats squad & moved onto the 5A District 3 Quarterfinals on Thursday against #8 Muhlenberg! Baseball: Penn Manor vs. Warwick (5-3-24)
Warwick had Penn Manor on “upset alert” late in this ballgame… all tied 4-4 heading into the 7th inning! But the Comets pushed 3 runs across in the top of the 7th & slammed the door shut to win 7-4! Penn Manor won the season series 3-0 & kept their League Playoff hopes alive (but ultimately fell 1 win short to qualify)!
