Barons are BACK in the District 3 Title Game for the first time since 2018, when they won the 5A Championship ?? #2 Manheim Central beat L-L League Rival #3 Lampeter-Strasburg 42-6!

▪️Brycen Armold (3) & Jaden Weit (2) combined for 5 rushing touchdowns! Barons advanced to a record 23rd District 3 Final ? They will face #1 Bishop McDevitt in the 4A Final… aiming to bring home their record 19th District Crown!

We will have that 4A District 3 Championship Game LIVE on Blue Ridge 11 this coming Friday!

6A District 3 Softball Playoffs: First Round – #12 Red Lion vs. #5 Warwick (5-20-24)

Warwick started off their District 3 Playoffs with authority, downing Red Lion 16-1 in 4 innings! Warriors blew the game open in the 3rd inning with 7 runs! Kate Shaak got the Win, allowing just 4 hits & 1 run… striking out 3 batters!

▪️It’ll be #5 Warwick at #4 Hempfield on Thursday, May 23 at 4:30pm! We WILL air that game LIVE from Hempfield HS on Blue Ridge 11 📺

L-L Girl’s Basketball: Manheim Central vs. Cocalico (2-8-22)

Manheim Central gets the WIN & the Section 3 Title after knocking off rival Cocalico... 56-27! It’s the Lady Barons’ 1st Section Trophy since 2012 (they will share it with Lampeter-Strasburg this year) Maddie Knier led all scorers with 23pts, Abbie Reed had 13… Teagan Sahm led Cocalico with 16pts! PIAA State Field Hockey Playoffs: 2A First Round – Radnor vs. Warwick (11-5-24)

Warwick came ready to play in the PIAA State Playoffs… beating Radnor 4-1 in the 2A First Round! Calli Martin led the Warriors with 2 Goals; Karys Craver & Bree Zoccolo also added goals! Great night in goal for Senior GK Taryn Toburen as well!

◾️Warwick advanced to the 2A Quarterfinals & beat fellow District 3 squad Hershey 4-1 on Saturday, November 9!

Baseball: Penn Manor vs. Ephrata (4-16-25)

Penn Manor jumped out to an early 3-0 lead, but Ephrata made it a 3-2 ballgame in the 4th! That's when the Comets hung 5 runs on the board in the top of the 6th and cruised to an 8-2 victory! Ephrata and Penn Manor are both battling for the #2 spot in Section 1 play along with Manheim Township, who are all chasing Hempfield!
