L-L League Boys Volleyball Playoffs: Finals – Manheim Central vs. Warwick (5-17-23)
Manheim Makes History! For the first time EVER, Manheim Central Boys Volleyball has won the L-L League Championship! They had to go through defending league Champion & previously unbeaten (13-0) Warwick to do so... but the Barons earn Gold with the 3-1 victory in the Finals!

Boys Volleyball: Manheim Central vs. Cocalico (4-23-24)
Manheim Central looked every bit a Top 3 AA team in the state of PA against Cocalico! Barons won 3-0 (25-19, 25-13, 25-17)... handing the Eagles their only 2 losses in Section 2 play this year! Central also has yet to drop a game in a match this season (30-0 vs. opponents)! Barons improved to 8-0!
2024 L-L League Football Media Day — Ephrata Mounts (8-2-24)
Ephrata Head Coach Kris Miller & several of his players sat down with us at this year's football media day, held at the LNP Downtown Lancaster headquarters! Last year, the Mounts enjoyed their MOST successful season in program History, making it to the 5A District 3 Championship Game! Now as they embark on the 2024 Season, hear how Ephrata is focusing on a different group of guys!
